If you need a parcel to delivered outside Nigeria, please do not under any circumstance use or consider using UPS, as they are a bundle of deceit and falsehood. After paying almost N40,000.00 for a 4 kg parcel, sent on Monday 15th September 2014 (before 12pm) and scheduled to be delivered in Bradford, UK on Wednesday 17th September. The date was then re-scheduled for delivery on Thursday 18th September. When the parcel was not delivered on Thursday, a call was put through to UPS UK Customer Service Department on 08457877877, but to our greatest surprise, the call was answered at their Thailand Call Centre in Asia. Having failed to even deliver the parcel on Friday 19th September, an email was received, indicating that the parcel is now scheduled to be delivered on Monday 22nd September 2014. THIS FRAUD AND I ADVICE ALL AND SUNDRY TO BOYCOTT UPS. ALL THOSE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE(S) SHOULD SHARE SAME AS A COMMENT.
